LED display is used as an indoor and outdoor display medium. During the use process, pollution, looseness, vibration, heat and temperature difference will cause the LED electronic screen to malfunction, thus affecting the use of normal display. Therefore, regular monitor grooming, maintenance, and maintenance is critical. So what is the main routine maintenance?

Ⅰ. Inspection

Typical LED electronic screen inspection uses "monthly inspection system", and large-scale LED electronic screen maintenance uses "weekly inspection system". The specific content and response speed promise:

1. Main services of LED electronic screen, including lamps, modules, modules, power supplies, and control cards;

2. Maintenance of LED display control system, including controllers, optical fiber conversion cards, distributors, and sending cards;

3. Special playback operation software for LED electronic screen, including maintenance and upgrade of playback software;

4. Regular (once a month) on-site inspection, system inspection and maintenance by technical personnel;

5. Guarantee: The company's technical personnel ensure the smooth progress of the on-site activities.

6. During the maintenance service period, the general failure will be solved within 8 hours, and the major accident will be solved within 24 hours. Replace modules and other components within 24 hours. After the service is completed, make sure that there are no faults above the module level (such as module color, module black, columns not lit, etc.) on the big screen, and it plays normally.

Ⅱ. Cleaning

Displays with inadequate protection, especially outdoors, can allow air to enter the device through vents and accelerate or damage the wear rate of devices such as fans. Dust also falls on the surface of the internal control device of the display, reducing thermal conductivity and insulation, and in humid weather, the dust absorbs moisture in the air, causing it to short-circuit; PCB motherboards and electronic components may become moldy, resulting in a decline in the technical performance of the device and Fault. Therefore, cleaning the LED electronic screen may seem simple, but it is actually an important part of maintenance work.

The LED electronic screen is a power-intensive device. After running for a period of time, the power supply terminal will be loose due to opening and opening, and the contact will be poor. If the state is not good, the heat will be serious, and even the plastic parts next to it will run continuously. The signal terminals should also be regularly tightened to the joints of the LED electronic screen, because the fluctuation of ambient temperature and the erosion of cold, heat and moisture may lead to poor contact, resulting in equipment failure. When adjusting fasteners, apply force evenly to make them strong and effective.

Ⅳ. Clean the screen surface

Including: whether the surface of the display is contaminated to eliminate the influence of surface dust on the luminous characteristics; whether there are damaged cracks on the surface of the display; whether the communication and distribution cable lines are normal; for equipment with high protection levels, high-reliability components and connections are selected device, but its tightness is the key factor, so the seal must be checked regularly for damage. 1. The power cord must be unplugged before cleaning.

2. Choose cleaning solution. Cleaning solution generally includes electrolyte, high-purity distilled water, anti-static solution, etc., and products of good quality must be selected in order to effectively clean the dust and other traces of pollution on the LED screen.

Cleaning maintenance is divided into three stages:
