Reasons for frequent tripping of LED display
1. The layout of the leakage protection device is unreasonable.
Due to the particularity of the installation site of the led display, such as wiring errors, line damage, damage to the leakage protector of the switch box, some electrical appliances fail to pass through the switch box, etc. The leakage protector itself will inevitably malfunction and refuse. In addition, the leakage protector is not installed according to the actual electrical protection device.
In this regard, in addition to strengthening management, leakage protection devices should be reasonably arranged from a technical point of view, according to the actual situation. The leakage protector on the incoming mains power supply is mainly used for general protection against electrical fire hazards and electrical short-circuits, and for backup protection of each small leakage protection. Its rated leakage action current can be selected between 200~500mA, and the rated leakage action time can be selected from 0.2~0.3 seconds. Through this method, the influence of factors such as total leakage voltage, surge current, and electromagnetic interference can be greatly reduced, and the selectivity and reliability of the total leakage action can be improved. If the secondary leakage protection within each leakage protection range is in an effective protection state, the probability of frequent tripping of the total leakage protector on site can be greatly reduced.
2. There is no effective secondary or tertiary leakage protection within the protection scope
In the switch box, the final leakage protector is the main protection device for electrical equipment. If the final leakage protector is not installed, damaged or improperly selected, it may cause frequent tripping of the upper leakage protector. Because there are many metal conductors and wiring points on the LED display, if the wire insulation is not good, it will cause frequent leakage; some also add some sockets, and often do not install leakage protectors, resulting in leakage. Only when an effective secondary or tertiary leakage protection mode is formed in various protection ranges can the frequent tripping of the leakage protector be effectively reduced.
3. The frequent tripping of the LED display screen is the result of the combined effect of various factors. The most important thing is to set up the leakage protector reasonably, reduce the scope of secondary and tertiary protection, and correctly select the leakage protector and wiring, so that the leakage protector can be used in various places. It is in an effective protection state within the range, and at the same time strengthens power management, improves the quality of power users through training, prevents the use of leakage protectors within the power wiring range, and effectively protects leakage protectors at all levels.
