What should I pay attention to when installing the LCD splicing screen

In order to ensure the smooth progress of your large screen project and the normal operation of the system, it is recommended to meet the following environmental conditions for on-site installation:

1. Installation requirements

1) The installation ground shall be flat and solid, with strong bearing capacity and not easy to deform.

2) The cabinet base is generally in direct contact with the anti-static floor to ensure that the ground can bear gravity for a long time without deformation.

2. Operation console (room) decoration and equipment location requirements

1) The position of the operation control computer shall be directly opposite to the splicing screen, and the operator is required to easily and intuitively see the operation of the splicing screen. If there is a specially separated operation control room, there shall be transparent glass between the operation control room and the large screen display room for the convenience of the operator.

2) The control computer shall be located in the opposite direction of the splicing screen as far as possible, and there shall be a suitable distance from the splicing screen to facilitate debugging, color adjustment and other operations.

3. Light requirements

1) It is recommended to use built-in downlight for lighting. The light should not be directly aimed at the direction of the screen, and should be kept 3 meters away from the screen to avoid affecting the projection effect.

2) If the window of the control room is large, avoid direct sunlight and shade it with curtains, which shall be dark.

4. Wiring and trunking requirements

1) Weak current cables (VGA, video, serial port cable, etc.) shall be routed separately from strong current cables to avoid signal interference. If it is a trunking, it cannot share one trunking, and it should be routed separately by different trunking.

2) If it is a fixed floor such as floor tile and composite wood floor, it is required to have a wiring slot from the signal source (computer VGA signal and video signal) and the control computer to the matrix, and the shorter the wiring distance is appropriate.

3) If it is an anti-static floor, holes shall be opened at the wiring outlet and cable outlet shall be reserved.

5. Air conditioning requirements

1) There shall be good temperature control and heat dissipation measures in the maintenance channel behind the splicing curtain wall. If it is a central air conditioner, there should be air inlet and outlet. If there is no central air conditioner, a special air conditioner should be added. The power of the air conditioner depends on the scale of the large screen.

2) The temperature in the maintenance channel shall be controllable and basically the same as that in the control room of the splicing curtain wall.

6. Power supply

Considering that the system may encounter special circumstances and the current impact of re energization at breakpoints, the splicing unit itself has a power protection design to ensure the normal and safe operation of the equipment.

1) The power supply of the system is AC 220V ± 5%; Three eye socket with protective grounding wire; The number of sockets is related to the number of splicing units.

2) Splicing system, matrix and control PC require in-phase power supply.

3) The power supply voltage shall be stable and reliable, especially to prevent power on immediately after power failure. Therefore, in principle, the power supply of the splicing system must be powered by the corresponding power ups.

4) The system equipment shall be well grounded, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 2 Ω to ensure that the equipment will not be damaged in case of lightning stroke and other special conditions.

7. System environment

1) The back of the splicing system is the maintenance channel, and the width of the maintenance channel is generally not less than 0.60m

2) Large screen rooms are required to have good temperature and humidity control. The working environment temperature is 0 ℃ - 40 ℃, and the relative humidity is 10% - 90%. There should be air conditioning behind the splicing curtain wall.

3) The air conditioning temperature and humidity before and after the splicing screen shall be adjusted to the same scale to ensure the heat dissipation of the splicing wall and the flatness of the splicing screen.

4) The splicing curtain wall room shall be kept clean and dustproof.

5) the fire sprinkler should be far away from the splice wall and spray fire extinguishing agent.
