The computer is generally placed in the control room. In order to ensure the stability of the display screen and the good display effect, we should always carry out the following maintenance on the main control computer:
1. Keep the controlled indoor environment clean, and regularly remove dust from the computer and peripheral equipment, because dust will contaminate important components such as computer keyboards, disks, monitors, and host circuit boards, which may cause major failures.
2. When the computer is working, it will emit a lot of heat. If the heat dissipation is not good and the indoor temperature is too high, it is easy to cause the computer to crash and other failures. Long-term use will reduce the service life of the main control computer. Therefore, attention should be paid to indoor ventilation.
3. If the ambient temperature is high (such as hot summer), a fan should be installed in the control room, and air conditioning equipment can be installed if conditions permit. Try to avoid the computer working in a high temperature and high humidity environment.
4. Regularly check the hardware and peripheral equipment of the computer, such as the graphics card, whether the sending card is loose, whether the DVI cable, the RS232 serial port cable is loose or damaged, etc., if the problem is found, it should be eliminated in time;
5. Regularly conduct anti-virus treatment on the computer, especially those who can access the Internet should install anti-virus software, and regularly upgrade the playback software to ensure that the version of the playback software is up to date.
